We maintain the highest quality

We have a highly qualified team and well-equipped in-house laboratories: a physicochemical laboratory and a baking laboratory.

We conduct comprehensive analyses that make it possible to accurately assess the quality of purchased grain and produced flours. We perform organoleptic tests and analyse contaminants and the presence of pests, moisture content, protein and gluten levels, amylolytic activity, total ash, solubility, sedimentation index, dough rheology, and baking quality through trial baking.
